What data we process and why

This website has no forms and does not collect personal data. Any data you give us by phone, WhatsApp or at the gym (your name, phone number and what we need to sign you up as a member) is used to manage your membership, your access to the gym and, if you ask for them, personal training and nutrition plans.

Performing the membership contract and the services you ask us for and, where applicable, your consent.

Retention

Data is kept while you are a member and, afterwards, for the periods set by law.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at the gym or by calling 650 64 22 82. You may also file a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority.
